Remove Course WizardRemove Course WizardWhen a course no longer needs any materials at the Reserve Desk and is no longer linked to any reserve records, you can remove the course record with the Remove Course wizard.
All reserve records must be removed from the course before it can be deleted.
To remove a course
| 1 | Click the Remove Course wizard. |
| 2 | In the Search For box, search for the course you want to remove. |
Note: You can change the search Type and Index information. The default search criteria that displays in these fields are determined by property settings.
| 3 | Select the record you want to remove and click Remove. A dialog box with a confirmation message displays. |
| 4 | Click Yes to remove the course record. |
After removing the course record, select one of the following options.
| • | Return to List to return to the list of courses previously displayed |
| • | Another to remove another course |
| • | Close to exit the wizard |
