FAQs: Displaying Reserve Information
You can use the Reserve Search helper in the Display Reserve wizard to search for reserve information in a variety of ways. For example, you can search for reserve information by instructor ID, instructor name or course ID. You can also display all reserves for the instructor by class.
How do I display reserve information if I don’t know the item ID or call number, or if I only know the course and/or instructors?
To search reserves

Click the Display Reserve wizard. |

Click the Reserve Search helper. |

Select the type of search you want. |

In the Search For box, type your search expression. |

In the Index list, select an index to search. The search indexes that display are wizard specific. |

Select a library in the Library list to qualify the search. |

If a list displays, select the item you want, and then click Continue to return to the Display Reserve wizard. |
If my instructor has reserves for more than one class, how do I find which items are for each class?
