How do I add or remove individual instructor/course information to/from a reserve control record if I don’t know the item ID or call number?

Use the Reserve Search helper in the Add/Remove Individual Reserve wizard to search for the correct reserve control record using search criteria such as the title or author.

1 Click the Add/Remove Individual Reserve wizard.
2 Use the Reserve Search helper to identify the item you want.
3 Review the information and if the item is the correct reserve item, click Continue to return to the Add/Remove Individual Reserve wizard.
4 Click Add Instructor/Course Record or Remove Instructor/Course Record.
5 Continue creating the individual reserve record.

How do I add/remove individual instructor/course reserve information to/from a reserve control record if I only know the course name?

Use the Reserve Search helper in the Add/Remove Individual Reserve wizard to search for the correct reserve control record using the course name.

1 Click the Add/Remove Individual Reserve wizard.
2 Use the Reserve Search helper to identify the item you want. Select Course Name as your search criteria. If you want to search for items in a certain library, select the library name from the Library list. Click Search to conduct your search for the item.
3 Review the information and if the item is the correct reserve item, click either Add Instructor/Course Record or Remove Instructor/Course Record.
4 Continue creating the individual reserve record.

Use the Reserve Search helper in the Add/Remove Individual Reserve wizard to search for the correct reserve control record using search criteria such as the instructor name, instructor ID, item ID, title, or author.

2 Use the Reserve Search helper to identify the item you want.
3 Review the information and if the item is the correct reserve item, click either Add Instructor/Course Record or Remove Instructor/Course Record.
4 Continue creating the individual reserve record.
