Extended Information Tab: Reserves

The Extended Information tab for reserves contains the following extended information for course records and reserve records.

Additional extended information fields can be added with the Create First Row helper, the Insert Row After helper, and the Insert Row Before helper. Extended information fields can be removed using the Delete Row helper.

Note

This field contains a note to be added to the record information. Each entry can be any number of lines. For example, a document can have a note type of CANNIBAL, which means that the document can have portions removed and placed in another document.

Comment

This text is used to describe an individual record. This type of comment is used in the course and reserve records, not the reserve items.
